Co-Founder

Started my first failed business with an Olivetti computer at 13. Purchased my first failed buy to let at 18. Then I spent the next 20 years+ bootstrapping business, tech and property development to include many failures and a few successful exits. I have a keen interest in sailing, tennis, running slow and learning fast. 

Operations and Marketing Director

My favourite pastimes are a little nerdy. I'm either painting Warhammer figures or building upon my Lego display (about 4 times a year I take a huge Lego display to shows). Failing all that, I have a keen interest in Classic American cars. I'm married with 3 kids and enjoy a quiet life by the seasides of Plymouth.

Product Manager

A DIY enthusiast and proud creator of my own swimming pool. I love sharing my skills on my how-to YouTube channel. When I'm not building something new, you'll find me honing my skills as a black belt in Shotokan karate.

Data Scientist

I love working with data and developing AI models to uncover valuable insights. During my postgraduate studies, I published a paper on machine learning, which deepened my passion for AI. At Propalt, I help transform data into intelligent decisions. Outside of work, I enjoy keeping up with the latest AI trends and technological innovations.

Developer

I love building scalable applications, optimising performance, and exploring new technologies—creating value through code brings me real joy. I've been coding for over 10 years, and my passion is as strong as ever. When I’m not coding, I’m spending time with my young son—usually being the monster while he plays the hero. (Spoiler: the hero always wins!)

I'm a passionate software developer with extensive experience in coding and software development. The ever-evolving world of technology has always fascinated me, and for me, coding is more than just a profession—it’s a true passion. I'm also a husband and a proud father of two wonderful children—my loving daughter and my energetic son. Balancing family and career has taught me the importance of adaptability, patience, and lifelong learning.

Hi, I'm a calm and steady individual with a passion for system architecture and full-stack development. I hold a PMP certification and enjoy technical discussions, especially on cutting-edge technologies. In my free time, I love reading, playing soccer, and spending quality time with my two lovely daughters. Balancing work and family, I find joy in both professional growth and nurturing my kids.

My life is a bit of a paradox. I’m perfectly content on my own—getting lost in books, meditating, and sharpening my focus. But I’m also fascinated by the way people connect and communicate. Maybe that’s why I see UX as a constant quest to bridge the gap between people and, well… their screens.

I lived and studied in New Zealand for eight years, and both Chinese and Kiwi cultures have shaped me in many ways. Now, a third culture is entering the mix—British culture. I’m a coffee lover and enjoy making my own brews—I can drink a cup at midnight and still fall asleep instantly. I also love detective films and can’t get enough of escape room games. 

Accounting Manager

My name is Ren Yu yan. They are always call my Lei Lei. I work in Finance, covering both domestic and international operations. At the same time, I also help the Changsha team with HR and office administration. My job is a mix of numbers and people — from handling financial tasks to supporting team members with HR and daily office needs. I enjoy working with different teams and making sure things run smoothly.
